What are the System Requirements for The ProConnect Web Interface

ProConnect can be accessed locally via the ProConnect Local or remotely via the ProConnect Web Interface. The Web Interface runs in a HTML5 environment, making it compatible with a wide range of browsers and without additional software installation. Minimum Browser Requirements:

  • 64-bit Windows® 8.1 or 10 with DirectX support
  • 6th Generation Intel® Dual Core™ i3 processor (or equivalent)
  • 8 GB system memory
  • 1366x768 Resolution Monitor
  • Latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari
  • Broadband internet connection (25 Mb/s download, 5 Mb/s upload)
