What are AvertX Connect Health Alert Notification Thresholds?
The AvertX Connect cloud service offers alert notifications on AvertX Connect user accounts that have options enabled to receive alerts from a registered NVR(s). Refer to this article for setting up AvertX Connect Alert Notifications.
Health Alerts provide notifications after a pre-determined amount of time. Unlike other alerts, the Health Alerts time thresholds are not user-modifiable.
On a correctly configured unit, alert notifications are sent after the following threshold criteria has passed:
- Video Loss - 6 hours
- Recorder Not Reporting - 12 hours
- Recorder Not Recording - 12 hours
- Missing Hard Drive – Instant to 1 hour (Possibly longer depending on the amount of alerts being generated/sent by the unit.)
