How to use PTZ in the ProConnect's web browser interface

PTZ view mode option in the ProConnect's web browser user interface (UI) allows you to control pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera movement using a mouse.

To control a PTZ camera through the UI do the following:

1. Confirm that the PTZ camera has the PTZ option enabled in the respective ProConnect camera's General menu tab (Setup > Systems Settings > Cameras > respective camera):
   
   
2. From the Live Screen, click on the PTZ icon.
   
   
3. Using your mouse, click and drag to reposition the camera as desired.
4. Using your mouse wheel, zoom in or out as desired.
5. When you have finished positioning the camera, click the PTZ button again to return to normal mouse function.
6. The PTZ controls on the left-hand pane allows you to control PTZ using push commands.
   
   
7. Click on the arrows to reposition the camera as desired.
8. Click on the zoom in and out buttons to zoom in or out as desired.
9. You can select your desired preset previously setup within the camera settings.
