How to Troubleshoot the ProConnect Analytics Event Search
This FAQ is used if the ProConnect’s Search>Event>Event Type is not showing up:
1. From Setup>Cameras>Analytics tab, uncheck the analytics option for all cameras; click Save.
2. From Setup>Cameras>Motion tab clear all camera motion areas; click Save, and then re-select areas again.
3. From Setup>Cameras>Analytics tab, check the analytics option for all cameras; click Save.
4. Go to Setup>Power Options and Restart the ProConnect NVR.
5. After the recorder reboots, the options to Search>Event Type should show the Analytics categories for Person Detected and Vehicle Detected where applicable.
