How to Troubleshoot an "Unable to load console" message on a ProConnect NVR
If a ProConnect NVR shows an "Unable to load console" error message, follow the steps below:
- Try to access the NVR through the AvertX Connect app or a web browser. If the recorder's display is showing the error, but is online and accessible via AvertX Connect, contact the Tech Support team.
- If the recorder is not online via the AvertX Connect cloud service, perform a power drain on the NVR.
- Use this article to upgrade / factory default / reset the NVR.
- If steps 2-3 do not resolve the issue, contact the Tech Support team.
