How to reset an AvertX Connect cloud service account password

Follow these steps to reset the password of an AvertX Connect cloud service account:

  1. From a web browser, navigate to the AvertX Connect webpage.
  2. Enter the email address that is registered as an AvertX Connect cloud service account.
  3. Click on the "Forgot Password" link below the password entry field.



  4. Go to the email Inbox (or Junk/Spam folder) associated with the account and check for the system-generated email that will include the password reset link. The system email may take a few minutes to arrive.
  5. Click on the "Reset Password" link in the middle of the email. If you don't want to change the password, delete the email.
  6. Enter the new password, per the password requirements article. Confirm and Save.The "Go to Login" page link will appear if the password was successfully changed/reset.
  7. Log into the AvertX Connect webpage with the new password.
