How to check the status of a Frequent Buyer Program (FBP) discount account
Note: An FBP account and an AvertX Connect cloud service account access different systems. Unless the same login credentials are used (not recommended), the account credentials are not interchangeable.
- To apply for an FBP discount-approved account or receive follow-up information, send an inquiry to sales@avertx.com.
- Try to login into AvertX.com to see if you already have a discount-approved account. Discounts are reflected in the Shop menu when you log in.
- If you have applied for the discounts on AvertX.com and not yet received the confirmation email, it's possible the application is still being processed. Please send an inquiry to sales@avertx.com
- If you have received the email with login credentials please use them to log in. We recommend changing the password for the account at initial login.
- You will need to log into AvertX.com with a discount-approved account for discounts to be applied. On sale or discounted products will show the regular price with a slash through it and the discounted price beneath it.
- Special promotions and applicable discounts are reflected at Check-out.
- FBP discounts do not apply to Refurbished products.
